Param Ahuja is a Research Intern at RAAPID, where his work centers on the applied and experimental aspects of large language model research. He contributes to implementing and evaluating parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods across multiple models, building end-to-end experimental pipelines, and developing visual and analytical tools to study training dynamics, efficiency, and model behavior. His interests lie in translating research ideas into practical systems through careful experimentation, reproducible workflows, and intuitive representations that help surface meaningful insights from complex models.
