Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation professional who will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, lead acquisition, and revenue acceleration through integrated, data-driven marketing programs. This role will play a critical part in scaling RAAPID’s go-to-market efforts, working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
  • Drive lead acquisition, MQL and SQL generation through multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and content syndication
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on ICPs, target accounts, pipeline goals, and conversion metrics
  • Manage lead lifecycle including lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and funnel optimization
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to develop compelling messaging and campaign assets
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Optimize marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar)
  • Run A/B tests and continuous experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and demand conversion
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature rollouts
  • Ensure tight alignment between marketing programs and business growth priorities

Technical Skills

  • Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Campaign analytics and performance reporting
  • Lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution models
  • Paid media platforms and marketing technology stack management

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel management and lead lifecycle processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment

  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise B2B organizations
  • Exposure to US or global markets
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
