Position Overview 

The Sr. Executive – US Accounting will support US accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and timely execution of accounting processes. 

This role will work closely with the global finance team to manage month-end close, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and audit support. 

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close 

  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes 
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger 
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies 
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and variance analysis 

US GAAP Compliance 

  • Ensure accounting entries comply with US GAAP 
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions 
  • Support revenue recognition for SaaS/subscription models 

Accounts Receivable & Billing 

  • Manage invoicing and billing processes 
  • Track collections and follow up on outstanding receivables 
  • Maintain AR aging reports 
  • Coordinate with sales/operations for billing issues 

Audit & Compliance 

  • Assist in external and internal audits 
  • Prepare audit schedules and documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 

Process Improvement 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement 
  • Support automation and efficiency initiatives 
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation 

Stakeholder Coordination 

  • Work with internal teams across finance, sales, and operations
  • Support global finance reporting and coordination 
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience (Sr. Executive) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 
  • CA Inter / CPA / ACCA (preferred) 
  • Experience in SaaS / healthcare tech preferred 
  • Experience with ERP tools (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) preferred
