Position Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to oversee a range of technical and service implementation projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). 

This critical dual-role focuses on coordinating key projects and actively participating in business analysis to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management methodologies, direct experience in the healthcare or risk adjustment space, and proven proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution 

  • Lead Project Lifecycle: Plan, coordinate, and execute technical and service  implementation projects related to risk adjustment, ensuring all efforts align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Planning & Tracking: Implement detailed Plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and status reports.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, implement corrective actions, facilitate lessons learned and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate project meetings and coordinate closely with Data Analytics, Operations, Software Engineering, and client-facing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and reporting.
  • Program Support: Assist the Program Manager with coordination and integration-related project activities.

2. Business Analysis & Requirements 

  • Needs Assessment: Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for new risk adjustment initiatives.
  • Requirements Translation: Translate detailed business needs into clear, functional requirements for technical teams (e.g., IT, Software Engineering) and external vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct gap analyses, lessons learned, and recommend system or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Documentation & Liaison: Develop use cases, workflows, and process documentation. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of project goals.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain operational performance reporting for the PMO and service lines, utilizing project management systems and reporting tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of combined experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within the healthcare or risk adjustment services domain.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Engineering, Product). 
  • Experience with creating performance and operational analytics reporting using tools like Power BI or similar packages.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare system integration and interfacing via HL7, API, and other secure data transfer mechanisms.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Zoho Project, MS Project, Asana, JIRA).

Skills & Knowledge 

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches). PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with risk adjustment methodologies (HCC coding, RAF scoring) and related healthcare data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Visio, Confluence, 

JIRA, Zoho). 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, MS Word/Docs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, including CMS guidelines.

Location

  • Raapid Ahmedabad, India in-office position, with some remote flexibility. 
  • Limited travel expected (< 10%)

Hours 

  • Balanced hours between India and U.S. Eastern Time to provide the most coverage for projects and implementations.
