We are looking for a highly strategic and research-oriented Content Strategist with 6+ years of experience in the US Risk Adjustment and healthcare domain. This role goes beyond content writing — we are looking for someone who can shape narratives, build market authority, drive organic growth, and position the company as a category leader in AI-driven healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate should combine deep domain understanding with strong storytelling, analytical thinking, and media awareness to create impactful content for healthcare executives, providers, payers, and industry stakeholders.

This role requires strong understanding of:

  • CMS guidelines and regulatory landscape
  • HCC coding and RAF scoring
  • ICD-10-CM and Risk Adjustment workflows
  • Value-Based Care concepts
  • Healthcare AI and automation trends
  • B2B healthcare marketing and thought leadership

The candidate should be able to translate complex healthcare, clinical, and AI-driven solutions into compelling narratives that support brand positioning, demand generation, analyst visibility, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

A. Strategic Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers, executive POVs, industry reports, research-backed articles, and narrative-driven brand pieces.
  • Create content around CMS updates, HCC coding, RADV audits, compliance shifts, Risk Adjustment trends, and Value-Based Care transformation.
  • Build differentiated narratives around AI-driven healthcare operations and intelligent Risk Adjustment.
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and AI concepts into clear, engaging, executive-friendly storytelling.
  • Create insight-led content designed for C-suite healthcare audiences, health plans, providers, and industry influencers.

B. Research, Media & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market, competitor, analyst, and industry research to identify emerging themes, whitespace opportunities, and positioning angles.
  • Develop research-based content using CMS data, industry reports, analyst narratives, and healthcare trends.
  • Monitor healthcare policy changes, payer/provider market shifts, and AI adoption trends to shape timely content.
  • Support PR, media opportunities, awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and external communications.
  • Collaborate on category-building narratives and market positioning initiatives.

C. Brand, Organic Growth & Digital Content

  • Drive content-led organic growth through SEO-focused and authority-building content strategies.
  • Own website messaging, landing pages, newsletters, executive communications, and campaign content.
  • Develop LinkedIn thought leadership content for leadership and corporate brand visibility.
  • Create content frameworks that support inbound marketing, audience engagement, and pipeline generation.
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and trade shows.

D. Product & GTM Storytelling

  • Partner with Product, Clinical SMEs, Sales, and Leadership teams to develop solution narratives and customer-centric messaging.
  • Build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, battlecards, and explainer content.
  • Develop persona-specific messaging for health plans, provider groups, coding teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support product launches and strategic GTM initiatives with differentiated storytelling.

Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in US Healthcare, Risk Adjustment, or healthcare SaaS content strategy
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, HCC coding, RAF scoring, CMS guidelines, and Risk Adjustment workflows
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts into compelling business narratives
  • Experience creating content for B2B healthcare audiences and executive stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities

Preferred Experience

  • Background in Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation, Healthcare Analytics, or Value-Based Care
  • Experience working with AI/ML-based healthcare platforms or healthcare technology companies
  • Exposure to PR, analyst relations, media content, or executive communications
  • Understanding of SEO strategy, organic growth, and digital content performance
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry publications, conferences, and market narratives
