Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation professional who will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, lead acquisition, and revenue acceleration through integrated, data-driven marketing programs. This role will play a critical part in scaling RAAPID’s go-to-market efforts, working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Own and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
- Drive lead acquisition, MQL and SQL generation through multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and content syndication
- Partner closely with Sales to align on ICPs, target accounts, pipeline goals, and conversion metrics
- Manage lead lifecycle including lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with product and content teams to develop compelling messaging and campaign assets
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Optimize marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar)
- Run A/B tests and continuous experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and demand conversion
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature rollouts
- Ensure tight alignment between marketing programs and business growth priorities
Technical Skills
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Campaign analytics and performance reporting
- Lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution models
- Paid media platforms and marketing technology stack management
