Position Overview

We are looking for a curious, rigorous, and impact-driven Healthcare Products Data Analyst to join RAAPID’s Product Organization. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of the product team — translating product strategy into measurement frameworks, unearthing the stories hidden in our data, and equipping product managers, designers, and engineers with the insights they need to build better products. You will sit at the intersection of product thinking and data science, owning the full analytical lifecycle from instrumentation to insight to recommendation.

Responsibilities
  •  Effective troubleshooting skills to identify and isolate the issues.
  • Ensure the product releases are bug-free and meet the requirements.
  • Identifying software applications areas to be improved from the end-user perspective.
  • Writing automation scripts and executing them to ensure the quality releases. Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
  • Documenting the test results and generating test reports.
  • Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to solve the bugs and issues.

Product Analytics & Insights

  • Define, build, and maintain product metrics frameworks including North Star, guardrail, and leading indicator metrics aligned to product strategy. Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, retention, engagement, and conversion across our products.
  • Partner with Product Managers to design, execute, and interpret defined tests and controlled experiments; deliver statistically rigorous recommendations.
  • Proactively surface opportunities and risks through exploratory data analysis — go beyond answering questions to asking better ones.

Data Infrastructure & Instrumentation

  • Collaborate with Engineering to define and audit event tracking schemas; ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reports in tools such as Looker, Metabase, or equivalent BI platforms for product and leadership teams.
  • Write clean, well-documented SQL and Python/R queries for complex datasets; contribute to the analytics data layer (db models, etc.).

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to Product and Design teams; translate business questions into analytical plans and back again.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and data narratives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Support roadmap prioritization with data-driven sizing, impact estimation, and opportunity scoring.

Data Culture & Governance

  • Champion a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the product organization.
  • Maintain data documentation, metric definitions, and a shared analytics glossary to ensure alignment.
  • Identify gaps in data quality and work cross-functionally to resolve root causes.

Core Competencies

  • Attention to detail for understanding the product objectives, user personas and their workflows, features and functionalities.
  • Writing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including all scenarios, and successfully executing them to find the bugs and issues.
Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related data role, ideally within a product-led or Healthcare SaaS company.
  • Expert-level SQL skills; experience querying large, complex datasets in environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies, experiment design, and statistical significance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, etc.) and the ability to build dashboards from scratch.
  • Strong product intuition — ability to connect data patterns to user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present complex analysis in a clear, compelling narrative.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the U.S. healthcare sector, particularly value-based care, risk adjustment, or AI-driven healthcare tech products.
  • Education: B.E., / B.TECH., in computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • An owner's mindset — you treat product problems as your own and hold yourself accountable for the impact of your analyses.
  • Intellectual honesty — you question assumptions, including your own, and are unafraid to deliver inconvenient truths.
  • Bias for clarity — you can distill complex findings into crisp, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative spirit — you know that the best insights emerge from tight partnership between data, product, and design.
  • Relentless curiosity — you go three levels deeper than the initial question because you can't help yourself.
