Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who will be part of our Product Management Organization. This role is critical in performing User Acceptance Testing for the software product releases of RAAPID’s AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will be the bridge between Product, Quality and Customer Support teams, ensuring our releases are in excellent quality, and bug-free.
- Improve the overall quality and stability of product releases.
- Validate business workflows and user journeys before production deployment
- Identify functional gaps, usability issues, and edge cases early in the release cycle.
- Ensure that new features align with product requirements and customer expectations.
- Reduce post-release defects and customer-reported issues.
- Support comprehensive regression testing as the product footprint grows.
- Increase confidence in release readiness and accelerate customer adoption of new capabilities.
Core Competencies
- Attention to detail for understanding the product objectives, user personas and their workflows, features and functionalities.
- Writing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including all scenarios, and successfully executing them to find the bugs and issues.
- Effective troubleshooting skills to identify and isolate the issues.
- Ensure the product releases are bug-free and meet the requirements.
- Identifying software applications areas to be improved from the end-user perspective.
- Writing automation scripts and executing them to ensure the quality releases.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Documenting the test results and generating test reports.
- Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to solve the bugs and issues.
- Education: B.E., / B.TECH., in computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science, or related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the U.S. healthcare sector, particularly value-based care, risk adjustment, or AI-driven healthcare tech products.
- Work Experience:
○ Minimum 5+ years of experience as an QA engineer or UAT specialist or similar roles, preferably in the US Healthcare domain.
○ Hands-on experience in writing and generating test cases using Generative-AI, and executing them.
○ Manual testing and automated testing experience for healthcare related software products.
○ Familiarity with programming script languages and Generative-AI tools.
