 Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Executive with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience, reporting directly to the Manager, Digital Marketing. You will work closely with the Manager on a day-to-day basis, executing SEO initiatives under their strategic direction and guidelines. This role is key to driving organic visibility and qualified traffic for RAAPID's AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for executing technical SEO, on-page optimization, content-driven SEO, and link-building activities to strengthen RAAPID's digital presence in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. The role also offers exciting exposure to the evolving landscape of AI-driven search and LLM visibility, with opportunities to learn and grow as this space matures.

Responsibilities
  • SEO Planning & Execution: Support the Manager in developing the SEO roadmap and take ownership of day-to-day execution across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits, identify and resolve crawl errors, optimize site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and ensure proper indexation across all web properties.
  • On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research, map keywords to content pillars, optimize meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, and landing page content for target U.S. healthcare keywords.
  • Content-Driven SEO: Work with the content team to help plan and optimize blog posts, pillar pages, glossary content, and thought-leadership articles targeting healthcare risk adjustment, HCC coding, RADV audits, and value-based care topics.
  • AI/LLM Search Awareness: Stay curious about the evolving AI search landscape (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, etc.) and support the Manager in exploring strategies to improve RAAPID's visibility in AI-generated search results. This is an emerging area—a willingness to learn and experiment is valued.
  • Link Building & Digital PR: Execute link-building campaigns through guest posting, healthcare publication outreach, and digital PR to strengthen domain authority, as guided by the Manager.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles, and flag gaps and opportunities to the Manager.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on organic search performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools. Deliver actionable insights and regular performance dashboards to the Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the web development team, content writers, designers, and the broader marketing team under the Manager's guidance to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital touchpoints.

 

Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical SEO Proficiency: Good working knowledge of site audits, crawl analysis, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
  • Keyword Research & Content Mapping: Ability to perform keyword research and translate it into content plans that drive qualified organic traffic.
  • Analytics: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and share SEO updates with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the U.S. healthcare domain or familiarity with healthcare terminology (risk adjustment, value-based care, health plan operations).
  • Basic understanding of how AI/ML-powered products are marketed and positioned in search.
  • Interest in or early exposure to AI search trends and how LLMs are reshaping organic discovery.
  • Hands-on exposure to LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms for content research, ideation, or workflow productivity.
  • Familiarity with WordPress SEO and common SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.).

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and event tracking for SEO measurement.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and common CMS platforms.
  • Comfort using LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content research, optimization, and productivity.
